@SonyInternetTV issue with the podcasts is v.limited and outdated. for example old "geekbrief" on there not "geekbeat' No way to add own
@SonyInternetTV also issue with youtube remains that fair amount on content works on PCs but not tv/br due to licensing restrictions
@SonyInternetTV and finally for DLNA (and it's not only sony) codec support remains IMO limited - even some mp3/aacs (unprotected) fail
probably shouldn't be updating my whs dlna software twonky 4->6 at this time of night...

Little look at lenses. Still fancy the tamron 18-270 pzd for travel even tho its slow (6.3 max) which means not great for portraits/racing

@steevbishop you get used to "living with it". The iplayer support is brilliant. And dvd/bluray. rest you realise are uite flawed
@steevbishop some isn't even the HW itself -- licensing restrictions with youtube for example just because its a "box" not a "pc" ..
@Shelley__Lee Nikon D90 - had it just under 2 years. ONly casual but like it. Need more flexibility for vacation

@Shelley__Lee I have an 18-105 & a 50. Fo being nr coast and onboard ship need everything from wide-tele. 18-105 not "long" so 18-270 think
@Shelley__Lee even though there are comprimises compared with narower range. (even adding 70-300)

@kazb711 a few darker patches around portsmouth and back home some slightly darker clouds, but overall quite decent today :-)
@unkn0wnvariable it's not too far away - 20-25 mins. not for a meal today, that's still to come :-) only a cheese sandwich so far!
pleasent surprise today. worried it was going to rain, but got out for a lovely afternoon :-)
feeling very indulgent that I still have my final day of 2010/11 vacation to take tomorrow :-) after that need to crack on
.. well until easter/royal wedding (bank hols at least) and then a weeks hol in May :-) Mm.. think I need to get work done too...
